How Long Does Delivery Take?
All of our items are made-to-order and shipping times will vary depending on each look. You will be able to find the exact delivery timeframe under each select look.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
Please note: orders are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends nor official holidays.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! We also have a complimentary free shipping service to all our clients around the world.
Does The Shipping Fee Include Customs And Import Duties?
Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. THYM is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
Please check your local customs office for more information as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. And once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email along with the DHL tracking number.
We work closely with DHL to ensure that all our customers around the world receive their THYM-less pieces as fast as possible and in impeccable state.

Do You Deliver to PO BOXES, MILITARY ADDRESSES OR PARCEL LOCKERS?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
What Is Our Return Policy?
All of our pieces are specifically made-to-order with love according to your personal preferences. One of THYM’s core values being sustainability, we strive to be environmental friendly and socially responsible. This is essentially the reason why we do not produce extra stocks, nor promote nor encourage a return policy, with hopes to inspire and ignite those feelings of accountability and consciousness in our clients.
We hope that each one of our beloved clients thoroughly thinks over the purchase of a garment in order to actively reduce as much as possible clothing waste as well as save water, electricity and emissions used to manufacture every new piece of clothing.

However, returns are possible in the case where you believe for some reason that the item is faulty. Please note that all jewelry can not be returned.
How Do I Return A Faulty Item?
We stand behind our product! If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at eshop@itsthym.com and include 3 to 4 large well lit photos of the item showcasing the defect, along with your name and order number.
Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery. Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn and unwashed. All returns should be requested before you send your items back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. After your request has been approved, you will receive a detailed e-mail with the instructions to follow to return the product.
You are liable for any shipping and taxes and duties that will be incurred with the return of the product.
