The following charts will help you match your size accordingly.
Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure under your bust, around your rib cage, where your bra band completely sits. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure around your natural waistline, which is the smallest part of your waist. Round to the nearest whole number.
Two measurements required ( X/Y ). Measure from your shoulders to your nipple point (X), then measure from your shoulders to your waist (Y). Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure 10cm below your waistline at the narrower part of your hips, with your heels together. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure 20cm below your waistline at the fullest part of your hips, with your heels together going around your hip bone and above your buttocks. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure all the way around your arm over the highest point of your biceps and around it so both ends meet. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure all the way around your wrist over the wrist bone and around it so both ends meet. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure across the curve of your shoulders to the outside edge. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure the length from the top of your shoulder to the bottom of your wrist bone. Round to the nearest whole number.
Stand with your heels together, keeping the tape straight and perpendicular to the floor and measure from your natural waistline. Round to the nearest whole number.
