Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. And once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email along with the DHL tracking number.

One of THYM’s core values being sustainability, we strive to be environmentally friendly and socially responsible. This is essentially the reason why we do not produce extra stocks, nor promote nor encourage a return policy, with hopes to inspire and ignite those feelings of accountability and consciousness in our clients.

However, returns are possible in the case where you believe for some reason that the item is faulty. Please note that all jewelry cannot be returned.

We stand behind our product! If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at eshop@itsthym.com and include 3 to 4 large well lit photos of the item showcasing the defect, along with your name and order number.
Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery. Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn and unwashed. All returns should be requested before you send your items back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. After your request has been approved, you will receive a detailed e-mail with the instructions to follow to return the product.
You are liable for any shipping and taxes and duties that will be incurred with the return of the product.
